Mike Peduzzi

Michael Peduzzi is the President and CEO of both CNB Financial Corp. and CNB Bank, based in Clearfield, Pennsylvania.  CNB Bank is a full-service financial institution covering four States including Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, and Virginia.  CNB Bank is now over $8.5 billion in assets following the successful 2025 acquisition of the ESSA Bank franchise in Northeast Pennsylvania.  Mike has over 35 years of experience serving the banking and financial services industries.
 
Mike graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Accounting, and has been a CPA licensed in the State of Pennsylvania continuously since 1990.  He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“PICPA”).  He currently serves as the Chair of the Board for the PA Bankers Services Corporation, and in this role, is a member of the PA Bankers Association Board.  A lifetime member of the Penn State Alumni Association, he was recognized as a Distinguished Ambassador of Penn State DuBois, with his strong support including providing financial backing for campus programs and the North Central PA LaunchBox.  He also spent several years as a high school varsity and club soccer coach.
