Three Named as Emerging Scholars

The Community Banking Research Conference committee is pleased to announce 2023 Emerging Scholars:

• Naz Koont, Columbia University
• Giorgi Nikolaishvili, University of Oregon
• Hristiana Vidinova, University of Chicago

The Emerging Scholars program is designed to offer Ph.D. students who are considering or working on a dissertation on a banking-related topic the opportunity to fully participate in the Community Banking Research Conference. The program was first introduced as part of the third annual conference held in 2015.
